  • What do I need to bring for boarding?

    • For sanitation purposes, we ask that you do not bring any bowls from home, as we provide clean bowls daily. Each kennel is equipped with its own water bowl.
    • You may bring your dog's bed or a personal item with your scent to help them feel more at ease. However, we advise against bringing bedding if your dog is prone to tearing it.
    • You may bring 1-2 chew toys that are safe for your dog to have in their kennel overnight. Please avoid string toys or any toys that are easily destructible.
    • Provide your dog's regular food and any supplements they typically receive. To prevent digestive issues caused by dietary changes, food should be pre-portioned and come in a container with clear feeding instructions.
  • What do I need to bring for daycare?

All daycare dogs must arrive wearing a nylon collar. Prong, shock, and choke collars will be removed upon entry, as we are committed to a no pain, no fear, no intimidation approach.

Please do not bring any toys, chews, or bowls, as we provide all necessary items during their stay.

If your dog requires a lunch, please provide it in a pre-portioned container labeled with their name. Lunches will be served between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

  • What if my dog requires medication?

Medication must be provided in the original bottle with the dog’s name, instructions, and veterinarian information. We will not accept medication outside of the bottle and without proper instructions.

Our staff are also trained on how to handle and store insulin.

  • Will my dog be around other dogs?

All boarding dogs are automatically included into our daycare program during their stay. They will spend most of their day outdoors with a group of 10-12 dogs their size, supervised by our yard attendants.

We are unable to accomodate dogs that are not able to be in a group setting as our facility is not equipped with individual dog runs.

Our team is more than happy to spend one-on-one time with your pup during one their extra spoiling options.

  • Is an evaluation required for daycare or boarding?

We do not require a first-time evaluation for dogs new to our facility. We simply ask that dogs be friendly towards both other dogs and humans. While nervous behavior is perfectly acceptable, we welcome dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. If your dog has a history of biting or aggression, please inform our staff beforehand to discuss the next steps so we can ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone.

  • This is my dog's first time at daycare. What should I expect?

Dogs can feel a bit anxious in a new environment. Initially, the new sights and sounds can be overwhelming, but with repeated visits, your dog will come to understand that this is a safe place where you will always return to pick them up. To help your dog acclimate, we recommend starting with a few half-day daycare sessions.

  • What if my dog gets sick?

If we observe any signs of illness, such as canine cough or other contagious conditions, during your dog's stay, we will immediately inform you to arrange for their pickup. In the meantime, your dog will be isolated to prevent the spread of illness to other pets in our care. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all our guests.

  • Do dogs ever get hurt? What do you do if that happens?

Your dogs' well-being is our highest priority. Should any injury occur, we will promptly inform you and assess the situation. Based on the severity, we will either provide immediate care on-site or arrange for veterinary treatment as needed. We are dedicated to maintaining your trust and ensuring your pets receive exceptional care throughout their stay with us.

We will always prioritize reaching out to your pet's primary veterinarian first should any questions or concerns arise.

  • Do you accept intact dogs?

We will accept intact male and female dogs up to 12 months old, subject to certain considerations such as humping, biting, possessiveness, reactivity, and the overall safety of both the group and our team.

Each dog's behavior will be evaluated to ensure a positive and safe environment for all.
